[Troubleshooting] HDR preview video is missing or black screen after enabling HDR video streaming

Answer
This symptom is related between Windows 11 build and the video playback application on the system display settings page, get the latest Windows update and the Application update to solve the problem.
1. Run “Windows Update” Manually
Go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update. Run Windows Update until there is no new update or optional update.
2. Run “Microsoft store update” Manually
Open Microsoft store > Go to Library > Get updates. Run Microsoft store update until there is no new update or optional update.
